SIERRA DRAYTON

Sierra Drayton began her pre-professional training at Elite Danceworx in Markham, Ontario at the age of five and has spent well over a decade training and competing at an elite level. She continued her training pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at SUNY Purchase in New York.

A versatile and dynamic artist, Sierra is trained in a wide range of styles including ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, modern, and hip hop. She has had the opportunity to perform works by renowned choreographers such as Nick Meola, Jason Parsons, Stacey Tookey, Andrew Winghart, Martha Nichols, Ricky Ubeda, and Ethan Colangelo.

Throughout her competitive career, Sierra has earned numerous accolades, most notably earning the title of 2024 Senior Female Best Dancer at The Dance Awards in Orlando.

Driven, disciplined, and passionate about her craft, Sierra has spent the past two years touring as an assistant with Dance One, gaining invaluable experience alongside some of the industry’s leading educators. She is deeply committed to creating a space that allows dancers to demonstrate their passion, authenticity, and genuine love for the art form. Sierra strives to never lose that soul connection to dance, and her goal is to create and express work that comes from a place of honesty and heart. She encourages dancers to connect deeply to their spirit and soul—an approach that has fueled her own drive and deepened her love for the art form. Sierra is excited to share her knowledge, energy, and passion with dancers of all ages and levels.
