We love getting to know, supporting and watching our ICONS grow. We look for eager, positive dancers who thrive in a high-energy environment and embrace every opportunity to learn from our unique faculty lineup.

In return for showing us your passion, ICONS receive discounted convention tuition, free merch and the opportunity to join our photo and video media day. Best of all? Connecting with like-minded dancers and making lasting friendships.

We select many of our assistants directly from our ICONS, making it a meaningful stepping stone for dancers to continue their journey with us.
